She received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at the University of Colorado in 1998 and her Masters in Science at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2006.  After completing her studies, she visited Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and observed a clinical environment that emphasized the importance and power of integrating allopathic and traditional modalities in health treatment plans.

ImageJin Park’s yoga teachings are based on the energetic and therapeutic system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.  Breath, body and movement are strongly emphasized as a means to create a deeper mind-body connection.  Introduced to yoga seven years ago, Jin more fully appreciated yoga’s true healing powers when, faced with certain adversities, she came to the practice four years ago and re-gained her ability to breath, laughter and love.  Jin has deepened her practice through the teachings of Larry Schultz and San Francisco’s “It’s Yoga Family,” and brings a balance of serious training and warm personality to her students at Cocoon.

ImageNazy Wadia is the Cocoon Urban Day Spa Pilates Instructor. Being active has been a huge part of her life, ranging from dance/gymnastics at a young age, to long distance running as an adult. She was introduced to Pilates several years ago, as a means of changing up her mundane training routine. Nazy instantly saw the benefits of Pilates, both from a physical and mental aspect after the very first session! From there, she knew she wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the work and become certified to teach Pilates. Nazy enjoys working with clients at all ages and fitness levels, both in group and private sessions.
