Cancelation Policy

A credit card or a deposit is required when making appointments over $60. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 100% cancellation charge applies if we cannot fill your spot.

Hygiene

When preparing for your treatment please ensure that the chosen area is hygienically prepared prior to your visit. This is most important especially when having the Brazilian bikini wax so as to avoid any infection and out of respect for your therapist. Sanitation is provided in treatment rooms.

Gratuities

Gratuity is left to your discretion. It is greatly appreciated but never expected.
